I'm slowly getting to the bottom of my passenger side step not deploying. I think my front passenger lock is faulty but not coming up with anything on the Iidtool.

When the doors are locked and the passenger tries the pull handle the door doesn't always open, 9x out of 10 it remains locked and you have to use the unlock button.

If you use the unlock button on that door or open the rear door from the inside the step comes out.

If I unlock the doors from the drivers seat the light on my door extinguishes... The other 3 remain lit, if I unlock the doors from any other door the lights remain lit.

Is the led remaining lit normal?

Pretty sure it's the lock that's faulty and not sending an unlock signal when the remote is used or the exterior handle.

And finally how to tell which lock to buy? Current
