Fuel pipe vibration resonance

Hello
My 2012 4.4 tdv8 is making a high pitched noise (sort of a quieter and slightly deeper version of a parking sensor constantly beeping) it’s caused by some of the plastic fuel lines vibrating around the fuel cooler and high pressure fuel pump. If I keep the fuel level over half a tank it doesn’t do it. If I let it go down to 1/3 of a tank, the noise starts and then if you refuel it takes a good 15miles or so for the noise to disappear again.
Has anyone else had this issue? I’m thinking it’s something in the tank as it seems to occur depending on fuel level. I put a new fuel filter on which made no difference, but I felt that it didn’t seem to prime too easily like they should with a few ignition cycles - I had to release the valve on the top of the fuel filter housing to let air out before the engine would start.
Any thoughts welcome and thank you
