U0100-00 intermittent

Hi everyone,

Quite seasonally, the dash lit up like a Christmas tree today. Emergency brake not functioning, charging fault, gearbox fault, adaptive dynamics fault etc.

On the otofix it showed U0100-00 - lost communication with ECM/PCM A on a load of modules (see images in gallery)

Any commons faults that would cause this on so many modules? Any help much appreciated. It’s apparently had a new battery fitted a month ago prior to purchase.
