My rear washer works, but only one jet and it takes ages for water to appear. Which then continues even after I release the lever.
I'm thinking it must be the non return valve.

Anyway, I found this on ebay and was thinking of trying it:

I replaced the non return valve on mine with a cheap EBay item some time ago , so it was easy to extend the tube by simply removing the short tube into the wiper motor and using the valve as a back to back connector..

I might be tempted to do away with the cable ties when the weather improves, but I have in mind stripping it all and securing the tubing to the wiper arm by threading them both through some black rubber shrinkdown tubing.
