Sdv8 coolant bleeding procedure

Hello, any chance someone could post a link to coolant bleeding procedure for the sdv8, as I can't seem to find it, I'm changing the oil cooler this weekend and I assume there will be a bit of coolant loss, cheers

You won't need to bleed it after fitting an oil cooler sir... Just top up the reservoir... Thumbs Up

BUT, if ever you do need it, there are two bleed screws. One on top of the header tank and another quite well hidden just in front of the brake fluid reservoir cover. Drivers side scuttle panel area Thumbs Up

The easiest way to hopefully avoid bleeding is to vacuum fill the coolant.

RR in the workshop maintenance suggest refilling twice with clean water to flush the system before adding back in fresh 50% coolant mix, red OAT from memory. They run through the vac fill procedure in the manual.

AliExpress have decent home mechanic vac kits for around £30, though of course you also need a decent CFM air compressor to hand.
