Rear subframe compatability

Hi all, does anyone know if all the L322 rear subframes are compatible with all years. I want to get hold of a rear subframe for my 2012 4.4tdv8 and do a complete refurbishment on it. Once complete I plan to drop the old one and swap it, I may then refurb my old one and sell it on. There's not may 2012 rear subframes on ebay but many older ones.
Cheers Neil. Also own a 1976 Land Rover 101 3.5 V8.
Previously owned 1991 Range Rover Vogue 3.9 V8.

There is a 2011 one on ebay at the moment (354951057058) if you can collect in Sheffield.

My experience of doing a subframe refurbishment recently is that if you had a refurbished one ready to go a days work would have the old one out and the new one in.

Otherwise 2-3 weeks without the vehicle while parts are being blasted/powdercoated, waiting for parts you did not think you would need etc.

I think it is a sensible option to source a replacement in advance of the work

I did consider and my research suggested that to earlier subframes are dimensionally the same but they do not have the brackets required for the parking brake module. I am sure it would be much easy to source one of the correct year for your vehicle. 2011 4.4 TDV8

Hi there, I did spot that one, the price is a little steep for me I was hoping for a subframe alone, strip the rust, powder coat, rebush it, new upper and lower arms, then drop mine and transfer everything over from the old one to the refurbed one. It just seems a lot of money for mechanical items of unknown reliability. Your right with sticking to the correct year as its bound to bite me in the arse. Also to know that you could remove the whole rear subframe and replace in one day. I guess with my plan a weekend should suffice. Cheers. Thumbs Up Also own a 1976 Land Rover 101 3.5 V8.
