Rust...

The black triangular bit on the drivers door where the mirror attaches (if that makes sense) has developed some corrosion. Is this part available for replacement and is it easy to swap?

It's easy to get the mirror off. But the triangle only cones with the whole mirror. I took mine off a few weeks back and re-sprayed them. Look back over my posts and you will find it with nice pics for you. 04, 4.4V8, Vogue Oslo Blue with LPG.
