It is very stange as ordered an Autotrader search on age of vehicle:

They both say they are euro 5. So I would say neither are lez friendly. Some l405 years aren’t lez friendly. The glasgow council website states diesel vehicles from 2015 onwards are eligible if you check there. I wanted a particular car last year and it was a 15 plate. But wasn’t lez friendly so looked at a 65 plate same story. Hence why I went for the one I have 2016 4.4 diesel |

Ran a check and as its classified as a historic vehicle it is allowed into the zone.

I’ve looked into this when replacing mine and only the 16 plate 405 diesels are euro 6 hence the price difference between non ulez and ulez L405’s 2007 TDV8 Vogue SE
