1st oil change - Cover missing question

After changing all the filters (except the fuel filter but I will be doing it!) I am getting ready to do my 1st oil change on the Rangey.

Looking under the car for this cover that needs to be removed I find mine has not got one, which is handy as it will save some time, but annoying as its missing.

Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement from or will it be main dealer only? Reformed

If your's is the Bmw engine it doesn't have a cover you need to remove to access the sump plug. It least mine hasn't got one, just done an oil change.
As far as I can see it never had one, but I could be wrong Very Happy

Thanks! That would explain why I couldn't find anything on the net about a cover! I thought the previous owner had taken it off and didn't bother to put it back! Reformed
