You recently serviced the OH's FL2 (with the number plate that spells her name). Very polite and efficient.

The cigarette lighter need replacing as the old one was stuck, this part was not available at the time of the service so she had to return at a later date. When she phoned up they not only remembered her, but also remembered what needed doing. WOW

The part was fairly fiddly to fit and took about 1/2 hour with the mechanic. Total cost just over £8.
