Probably abit late as it took me a while to find em but I've scanned the info i got from topix when i was doing mine. Couldn't download the pdf's so had to print em hence the poor quality scans. Maybe this can help other SC owners in the future

It's definately the pump that's broken - even with 12v applied to it, it doesnt move.

At least you have fully diagnosed it now, was it wired incorrectly or has it just worn out? |
