Apparently the vehicle protection program does exist, but just in the USA. There are many scams associated with it, which you can see through a quick google search.

Some very cheap genuine cars on ebay at the moment though, theres a 4.4 for £6,900, and a supercharged with no reserve! 2006 Supercharged
