I feel like I'm going round in circles

I have a 2007 Vogue that I have been trying to convert to 2010 spec but due to ill health etc it has taken a back seat!

Well at last today I had an hour to spare which spiralled into working for 4 hours in the rain with minimal progress

I have the front indicators working along with the side lights and zenon but no Main Beam/Flash

I also don't know what the leds are supposed to do under the indicators?

I have 2 wires from the 2007 plug I don't know their location they are from the solenoid shutter +/-?

Has anyone carried out the conversion themselves that could help me?

The LED's are possibly the Daylight Running Lights and would need to have an ignition live circuit to them so they are on all the time, IIRC they then shut off when normal lights kick in but i could be wrong.

The other things i dont know about im afraid.

I have looked for many hours on Google try to find a wiring diagram that is correct for my 07

It seems if you have an earlier car then the conversion is somewhat easier!

re the front, some older ranges had bi-xenon headlights which meant a piece of metal would clear the bulb when in high beam and come down for dip, the main halogens are for flashing and no use as mains as only 10 volts in fed to them... ....
younger ranges had only xenons [for dipped] and used the halogens for both main beam and flashing..
if the leds are a string of about 6/8 then these are drl's..
