Another vote for the 808's - quieter than the LR ones (after 2 months) and they look the same.

Thanks folks Very Happy

The question is - will they stop the knocking noise when the drivers side wiper fully extends? Every RR I've got in seems to make this noise.

It's probably smacking into the pillar. Take the wiper off the sprocket and move it round a bit. Wink 2003 V8 HSE (LPG)

Cheers JW. Considered that, but it looks like the resting position of the blades is spot on horizontal so was reluctant to have it pointing downwards if you know what I mean. I think you;re right though - worth a try rotating it by one notch and see what happens (if the new blades don't do the trick).

the wiper can go up and down on the mounting spigot..this adjusts the wipers angle when it changes direction on the return stroke and gets rid of the clunk noise.....

Scarey, that's excellent, thanks. Wasn't aware of that. Are those measurements (A&B) from the bottom of the glass by the looks of the diagram?

I bought a rear one online, advertised as genuine but it must have been OEM when it came as no LR packaging or anything. I wasnt worried about that but when removing the original one i had to click it out, the OEM slides in and doesnt lock, no im worried it falls out Confused
