Not nice in the flesh, not nice in brochures. Weird sort of non-colour. A real bitch to keep clean as well. Shows every last little imperfection and doesn't really shine properly when it is clean. Worse than NATO green to be frank.

The one I saw, I thought had a touch of purple to it. Nice but I suspect that it is a bit "marmite" (as in love it or hate it rather than colour)

I have seen a couple of S/C in this colour, I don't like it - looks like a non chocolate colour to me.

it does look like purple in some lights. i was hoping it to be more brown when i ordered it, but i think it looks great and much better than the black, but as some say it could be alittle harder to sell than the gray or black ones that most people have. 2011 tdv8 autobiography bournville / Arabic

Certainly preferable to black.

I think they would suit something like Mosswood (the old LSE colour).

It looks black unless the sun is out or its very clean. Like GL I wish it had been a bit more brown than black but it's still a great colour IMO 2011 Bournville TDV8 VSE
