The oldest daughter has had 3 galaxy s2's in the last two months her first 2 kept overheating and switching themselves off then she had to wait about 30 mins before she could switch it back on

I had a friend who modded on a forum with over 20k active users.. they found a guy who seems to be working for apple doing something known as shilling http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shill
Turned out he was doing the same on loads of other forums.. almost the same thread titles and asking "what laptop should I get my girlfriend" etc.. then he would finish it by saying "we decided to get a macbook because it's the best...blah blah, we're so happy with it blah.. glad we didn't get *competitor brands* and so on..

Just saying if guys take a step back and look at what you're actually buying.. have a play with other devices before getting an iphone..

I might go as far to say I think the reason people feel underwhelmed with the 4S is because it was rushed to coincide with Steve Jobs death for double or even triple the headlines..

It's a shame Steve jobs died.He was so close to inventing the ultimate single man app that would eliminate the need for a woman...the dish washing and cooking app.Guess he died in vain knowing the iPhone had everything but the kitchen sync.

Me too. Ordered a 32GB white through Vodafone. I wanted to go onto 3 for the unlimited data plan but it was more expensive and leaving 3 (if you ever have to) is really painful.

Vodafone and O2 turned out to be the cheapest in that order. Both are still offering 12 month contracts . Vodafone offering £59 credit on first bill until the 16th + £40 Quidco. The only thing I am sad about is loosing my unlimited data plan with O2 (it's an old plan) Paul

Thanks Scarey for the info on installing iOS 5 early Downloaded and installed last night and now playing with the new features - It will probably mean I will stick with the the 4 for now...............Like many I was hoping for an exterior redesign so bring on the 5
