Hope you are all well guys, I've been having another clearout in the garage and still have this...

It is a Watling brand £168 when new, as you can see its in good condition.

It was fitted on a 2003 FFRR TD6.

The price list shows Range Rover 4x4 MkIII Jan 02 onwards without nudge bar installed.

I would therefore hazard a guess that it is most likely that it will fit all the FFRR's apart from those with aftermarket bumpers the likes of Overfinch supply.

I don't have a picture of it fitted on a FFRR but this image of one fitted on a Discovery gives a good idea how it looks..
