Has anyone on here fitted painted door handle covers?

Hi all

Has anyone on here fitted the colour coded door handle covers like those being sold by Powerful UK?. If so how well do they fit, do they totally conceal the original handles and do they look like painted handles or can they be clearly seen and look exactly what they are, stick on covers?.

My grey handles are starting to deteriorate but i don't want to strip the doors to have them removed and painted.

Thanks

Carl

I had brushed stainless ones from Powerful on my last FFRR - they were a very good fit and completely concealed the old handles. You could feel the edges when you opened the door - but nothing painful or awkward - I was very happy with them.

Thanks Alistair, good to hear. I wasn't sure if the fit wouldn't be that good and you would see grey behind them or they would feel flimsy when I pull the handle to open it?

How do they wrap around the grey handle then ?

Carl

They don't wrap round the full handle , they sit kinda flush with the inside grab of the handle .. Thumbs Up

Am i right in thinking the 2010 has colour coded handles rather than grey ones?.

Im tempted to black off the key but worry its too risky Laughing

Mine are Java black on Java black car, and I'd say they look more factory finish than the original handles! They blend pretty much perfectly!

Somebody in the know would only notice because they look so much better! Thumbs Up No wear, and they feel nicer to me. These along with mirror covers are one of the best upgrades IMHO! Thumbs Up Range Rover-less at the moment - Pining!
