Anyone ever seen these before?

Front end looks weird and I don't think I'd want one...

I wonder what the reasons are for why you can't register it in EU etc.?...vehicle duty, emissions??

I'm sure they are part of a certain batch that now due to budget was cancelled but so many still had to be bought by said 'customer' and JLR agreed to sell on a few, maybe as said, flog them as a limited run but I'll not spill anymore beans Whistle
