Have a rummage around eBay - I got mine from there - Britpart Drilled and Slotted discs all round and Heavy Duty EBC pads for about £150.

If you are looking for a dealer to do it, the cheapest place I found was Lookers at Bishop Stortford. At £750, it wasn't cheap.

If you can do it yourself, you can probably save yourself a little money buying the parts from Duckworths

I wouldn't reccomend drilled discs as grooved would be more than enough for an ffrr.

Drilled eventually crack and turn discs to scrap after some medium to heavy use Sad a few different sets I've tried on different cars all do the same on the end Sad

I need just parts, as I can fit them on myself, any recommended supplers or pads and discs, I have seen a set of Brembo calipers and pads on e-bay is it worth the upgrade? Kads

When I did mine I got them from island 4x4, can't remember total price but it wasn't that much.

Can't help with the upgrade, I only changed all 4 discs and pads. Reformed

Standard pads and discs should be fine or less you tow lots and lots.

Then I'd reccomend 3G grooved Discs and pagid grey stuff pads for up front an standard at the rear if towing a lot as my experience of that combo on a previous car showed they are well worth the money Smile

Never had a problem with pattern part brakes from Island4x4. I've always used pattern parts for brakes on every car I've ever owned. Steel disc is steel disc... The pads tend to be a little softer which means the pads wear out rather than wearing the disc out.

When you buy genuine parts you aren't necessarily getting the same "dependable quality" each time. Merely the cheapest deal LR happened to come across. At least if you buy mintec you know you're getting mintec vs whatever crap LR have put in the box.

Same goes for LR oil filters - absolute junk I have two in the garage, same part number but different manufacturers. I tend to stick with MANN or K&N for oil filters.
