United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover TDV8 Vogue Auto Alaska White

OK, so I am keeping an eye on wheels for green laning etc and now I am slightly confused about suitability for 4.4TDV8. Does that mean anything pre 4.4TDV8 will not fit. I wasn't aware that there had been any changes to the hubs or suspension at the 5.0/4.4 introduction unless it is the brakes that are the problem. I have 19's on mine for the better ride so had, perhaps mistakenly, thought I could fit any post 06 wheels.

What do the experts know?

Thanks

Nick, the 19's should fit your car, the issue that causes confusion is that post 06 cars had Brembo's and then IIRC with the 4.4 & 5.0 cars the size of the front disks increased slightly (can't remember exactly by how much). The standard wheel offered on a vogue was a 19 ( I know as I bought a really cheap set of new tyres from overfinch and the LRE vehicle I used
This year was a 4.4 on the same rims).

Major issues arise if you want to go down to 18 inch rims to accommodate more aggressive tyres whilst retaining the standard rolling diameter.

Pretty sure that the only 19" which will fit over the 2011-on 380mm discs and 6-pot Brembos are the standard Vogue's Style 15s.

That is what the implication is from the LR website and Dan @ Duckworth's post. Care needed on my part then. Looks like need either a second set of Style 15 or get 20's for road use. Haven't done much research on tyres yet so that will probably change everything.

Does anyone know if this style of 19" wheel will fit a 2010 4.4TDV8....I bought similar ones for Winter tyres and was hoping to fit them this weekend, knowing my luck I bet they don't!!! Big Cry
