Time Lapse Drive

Trying out my new time lapse camera

This is a 25 minute drive crunched down to @ 80 seconds. It's a bit jumpy, set at 2 second intervals, so I'll try out 1 second next time Smile

It is amazing how much goes on in two seconds!

Camera used: Brinno TLC200

Freaky - every time the traffic stops ahead, it looks like you're going to slam into the bacl of them!

And here's the drive to work this morning

much smoother at 1 second interval, 20 frames per second

22 miles each way. Far enough away, but not too far Wink

Better than my previous 1.5 hour commute to London on the train each day, or before that up to somewhere @ South Mimms or White City in town every day by car (Vauxhall Astra! co car yuk!) .

I kept pressing an imaginary brake pedal when watching this!

Couldn't quite work out where you live! Know and " love " the M3. Couldn't quite see the fullfatrr.com stickers on the other FFRRs in the video.

Inspiring me to get the gopro stuck on the windscreen.

Oh, and if you have a "normal" video you want to make a time lapse video from, follow this simple guide:

http://bimma.me.uk/2012/03/22/ffmpeg-make-...m-a-video/

(ffmpeg available for Windows) .
