Check wiring in area of hub, may have dislodged during caliper replacement.

disconnect battery, leave for 15 mins and re-connect, mine did exactly the same - suspension fault a reset seemed to cure it. |

Likewise disconnecting battery negative terminal only for 15 minutes resets the computer. Need to also turn steering lock full turns left and right then drive vehicle for 100 metres error code returns to normal. Diver Bryn

It seems to have settled down and hasnt reoccurred
