I first plugged the phonos back together as standard and tested with a tape. Worked fine. Then, switched off car and plugged in a 2 x phono to 3.5mm jack, and plugged this into my HTC Legend and player an mp3. Switched on car and pressed Tape. Yeah! music. This is actually an easy way of introducing an aux socket to the car!
