Or get both checked on a proper tool that'll give you a state of health.

CV's: true, sorry, that's years of having props...
CV's have working limits also. Running them at their limit at road speeds shortens lifespan. I imagine 20mm won't make a huge difference.

I've heard of these, and of people lifting for aesthetics, but there's the issue of the props running at different angles, and at speed.
Probably worth researching to make sure you're not wearing any ...

This sounds like a blend motor/flap getting lazy.
If you've got access to a GAP tool or similar, look at live values for the heater flap positions.
