Definitely NOT sunvisor issue as, both passenger visors are securely clipped in.
Looks like I’m going to have to try and pack in between the two plastic pieces in that case! ...

Hi Craig,

Once the rubber cup holder/inserts are removed, mine only has a shaped hard plastic “box”. This is what rattles.
There are no visible fixings or openings in this area.

No don’t at this stage - I’ll speak to the boss man at my tyre dealer and see what he thinks. I may ask you to enquire if I get nowhere with him though.
