I suspect a senior accountant is who you need. I am sure the engineers are well aware of the limitations of the design.

It's the bean counters refusing to take the engineers advice.

I don't believe that 'not opening' the sunroof will make any difference. I don't have one on my L405, but on my P38, the sunroof itself was expected to leak. This leaked water is captured by the sunro ...

It's bright pink anyway, so fairly easy to spot. The problem is usually the sheer amount of 'stuff' in the way, so an endoscope (USB camera), torch, and maybe removing some of the stuff is required ju ...

So, my question is, how are you identifying the leaks? I'd love to be able to even identify 1.

These engine bays run so warm that it can often evaporate before you see it.

Easy - it has a very c ...

I've just fixed the 94th coolant leak on my 4.4 SDV8 (2014), all caused by o-rings in the coolant hoses going 'flat'.

See pic below. This one was cheap - the vent hose from radiator top to expansio ...

There are about 4 little holes in the bottom of the sensor. Did you clear them out?

That 2nd radiator is one of the intercoolers surely?

Is it actually leaking there?, or just dripping from the edge of the under-tray? I would take the tray off and have a look to see where it's act ...

Any one of a number of possibilities - there's a lot of cooling system stuff in the 'V' of the engine, which will all result in a leak down the bellhousing.

Take some covers off and have a good loo ...

Assuming the L322 uses the same 'quick fit' coolant hose couplings as the L405, then they are all prone to weeping! I've changed numerous hoses on mine. The o-ring goes flat, then the coupling leaks s ...

It requires the brake to be pressed to allow you to move it from Park (as you know). I wonder if the switch on the brake pedal is broken thus not allowing it out of Park. I also wonder if the switch i ...

I had also come to the same conclusion and wondered what others thoughts were.

Makes you wonder why the police don't investigate if it's so obvious to all of us...
