It depends if you have a dpf. I use that oil in mine with no issues, mine is older but same engine.

Pull the belt all the way out. Light spray the first foot of it to start with and the areas where it runs through.

Similar issue with mine when I bought it. Pull it all the way out and use a little silicon spray.
Still working fine 2 years later.

Has this happened gradually over a period of time?
Have you just had an oil & filter change?
Cheap or incorrectly fitted oil filters will not help.

Didn’t fit them in the end. Too much to take off to get to them. It hasn’t been a problem but will try again at some point.

Mine does the same on both sides. Never been an issue for me. There is usually bigger things to repair/spend money on.
