Thanks for the reply, its going in Monday, i will make sure these pipes are changed.

Its still getting up to 140 degrees, new larger cooler fitted to the back of the Radiator.

The radiator was replaced at the same time as the coolant manifold.

I havent inspected it yet, but was told the new oil cooler was larger and independant of the engine cooli ...

Update:
Coolant level was quite low, so the mechanic thinks there may have been an air lock after the new rad was installed. I will give it a whirl and keep an eye on the gearbox oil temperature.

Thanks for the advice Rob, I will get it booked in tomorrow, looks very fiddly to me, got as far as covers off and located the leak, but then put it back together
It's done 66000 miles allegedly

Yes thats the one, lower fixing lug is missing, someone has botched up a repair with Sticky stuff, but the casting is now leaking
