Hi, that plug looks similar to the one used to power the illuminated sill plates when fitted.

Same here as yours JMC, first press on both rears and they go down to vent, then second press all the way down, and it does it regardless of how rear locking is set.

Hi there, in my experience of this it turned out to be the wiper motor itself. Fitted a good used one from a 2007 model and all has been good since.
