| I rang the Main Dealer who handled the MOT and they told me the car was running so clean, it could not be detected, so a good rather than a bad advisory. |

Sucess, I used the spatula to ease it out a little, then some BBQ tongs to get it a serious tug.

I have ordered one from Dan, assume you just lever out the silver surround and it all comes out and then slot the new one back in?
