yes, cowl looks fine but sealing in front of battery doesnt.
Is it properly mounted ? looks askew to me.

Oh yes, thats exactly my (ex) noice no. 1
try to examine slot between cowl sealing and bottom side of your hood, there is a slot i believe makes this noice.

you can try PlastiDip instead of wrapping.
Its cheap and u can do it yourself very fast.
