Mine work fine. I keep the Screen Wash quite strong so it does not easily freeze. Jets can of course still block up but it should only be exterior dirt if all else is in good nick.

I have owned it for about 6 years. I had the LPG system installed, it is BRC.
As to a valve saver, I have no idea what that is.
