I wonder if it is the HPFP? It seems louder on the left but it is difficult to say if the video is not a true reflection of sound.
Has it been run down to a very low fuel level on a regular basis? |

I am not aware of the intercooler gasket, but the EGR cooler is on top of the V under the oil cooler.
Tricky but I would DIY it with new EGR gaskets unless it is really cracked then I'd source a ne ... |

It needs a minimum of 150 BAR to start and 300 to idle (I think). The pressure port at the filter has to be in the range 4-7 BAR.

I normally use Mann filters but I don't think they make a fitment for the 4.4 TDV8.
It does if it is the same as an L322
