Appears not , catch 22 , they MAY be liable if they break something but nobody is taking the risk they might at £210 an hour which I assume is plus vat

Just put E5 in it, I refuse to put E10 in any of my cars, even the smart car
Esso E5 contains no ethanol at all in most of the country, tells you on their website where it does have ethanol in it |
