Took the lock out, and found the issue, a blast with some wd40 and operated as normal, put back in and all works as it should.

BTW Re[placing the broken cable was a bit of a pain but once the door ...

My alternator failed on Friday, so need to order a replacement, does it need a new O ring or does one come with the alternator? I will also replace the belt, anything else to consider?

Update

Swapped the coil packs over and confirmed no5 pack is duff, new one ordered collect later today.

The other warning code showing the Evap system was just a loose connector.
