FBH is definitely there to be used. Used it on my MY10 Vogue during the really cold weather without any problem.

The TDV8 option is also the same option for the 2010 model. Which was a 3.6.
Either way, if you chose TDV8 or 4.4 V8 for the MY11, it is clear to me it is the TDV8 4.4. diesel.

so yesterday I put the battery onto charge with a charger / conditioner.
once battery fully charged (took about 6 hrs using a Ctek XS7000) i took off the charger.
this morning, i use the FBh....

comes in two versions
one diesel, one petrol
the petrol is not 4.4 V8
and as for ordering it from new?
FBH is standard equipment.

| have to say I have not noticed the FBH coming on to warm the engine after I have got into the cabin and started the engine in the last couple of years.......no mention of it in the handbook either |

I changed my post as I just checked with LR and my model is actually the 11, not the 11.5.
Doesn't change my problem though that either way, it cuts out after 12-14 minutes, and heats not. |

what do you mean what temp did I set on the remote heat ?
It will heat up to 15 degrees as per the handbook. The temp is not settable. |

so I tried the remote heater this morning as it was6 degrees.
It ran for just over 10 minutes and then shut down.
Difference it made to cabin temp?
none.

so on a cold frosty morning, the pre-heater is now meant to do its job in less than 10 minutes when previously it took 30? How come? Has its heating capacity suddenly been tripled?
