Ah, says HSE in his car profile, so one would imagine it would be fairly simple to do - compared to the Vogue DSP setup.....

I think IR could be infra red for the remote control ?
Aux AL could be aux audio left, same for Aux AR aux audio right ?

which part is responsible for the low resolution of the OEM LCD

Do the oem buttons just send messages down the ibus? Is so, you could maybe simulate those.
