| Cheers for the update. Takes away the fear when you have a little info on these things. I guess there isn't any coding or anything and it's just a straight swap for a new ignition switch. |

Hi Folks
Does anyone know why sometimes when I insert the key and turn it, the car doesn't try and start? I hear the immobiliser going off then turn the key so everything lights up then turn fully ... |

| Thanks for that. I have a spare Disco 2 CD cartridge and unit. Tried that cartridge but just the same. It looks like the CD changer isn't grabbing each CD slider, so nothing goes into the actual CD ... |

Cheers for your help, it does sound mechanical I guess.
Did you have a think about that extra aerial lead I mentioned, just dangling. Radio works fine without it connected |

| The Cartridge seems to work fine, it seems to accept the CD's and you can hear the CD unit loading and then stop, when you select CD on the Head Unit it just says "No Discs" |

| It seems to go through it's normal load, I've put in 3 discs in different positions in the cartridge but on the Head Unit it still says no discs loaded. |
