| Not being funny but that damage doesn't look like it could be caused by plastic bins. That's more like damage from reversing into a pole/post - i.e. something immovable. |

am I right in thinking if put the height to access mode and leave a door open, it won't drop down like it did when I took the wheel off before?

| It was hard to describe but sounded like induction noise. Solution was to get rid of the previous owners crap tyre choice and replaced with Cooper Zeons. |

| Also worth checking your sub hasn't shaken free from it's bolts. Mine used to do this regularly - in the end I used loctite on the bolts! |
