Winch fitted

Job done, winch all fitted. Took a day fit it. Quite a bit of cutting of plastic parts around the radiator and surrounding area.

It came with a bumper ready cut out so that saved some time.

Just the side steps and mud guards to remove then we're ready to go.

There's a plate that clips on just above the fairlead rollers.

Sadly I dont have a winch fitted to my L322 but I'm trying to pursuade swmbo that it'd be a good idea lol.
I'm not a fan of "on road use only" Range Rovers, imo they're a bit pointless but each to their own, I'll be very happy ploughing through the mud in my L322 now that the road use tyres are gone, my General Grabber AT (the new ones) are fitted & I replaced the knocking stab links yesterday so she sails silently over the rough stuff now.

Just get stuck in the middle of nowhere once, and she'll soon come around to your way of thinking... Rolling Eyes

How do you find the new ATs offroad?

Now thats a great idea (Just get stuck in the middle of nowhere once) I'll give that some thought lol.
The new tyres have been ok so far & I haven't managed to get it stuck yet, but I do miss my old BFG Muds, I couldn't even get them to slip yet alone get the car stuck.
I'll let you know how I get on with the General all terrains as time goes by mate.
