Power socket in glove box?

I am getting the land rover iPod kit, I know the connections will end up in the glove box, however I play music on my iPhone and don't fancy putting it in glovebox every time or having wires everywhere. I have a tunelink which is a music Bluetooth streaming device that's works off aux cable and plugs into cigarette lighter.

Question is, is it possible to install a power socket in the glovebox? How hard is it? I'll ask the audio installers to put one in if possible. Bow down

Should be easy enough. There is power nearby - behind the CD player. A decent installer should do it in a few mins.

Lolo

Have a look at this thread http://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic9314.html

Install of bluetooth music receiver into the rear of your centre console. Bit cheaper than the Landrover kit.

@ Simon thanks, I don't think I have a aux input tho, it's early facelift, hence the need for that LR kit

@ Stan, yes i have cig socket in centre console but being a perfectionist I don't want the device or any wires in sight Thumbs Up
