Powerful Smoke/Chrome Side Repeaters

I just bought these for £15, only fitted one and asked SWMBO what she thought, in fact we had a vote - I liked them, she didn't like them. You might think that was a tie, but no it means she wins Sad

So if anyone wants them for £12 posted (20% reduction), just PM me your details and I'll get them sent off.

From Powerful UK site:
Range Rover L322 Side Repeaters - Smoked with Chrome Surround ( pair )
Price: £15.00
These new design chrome side repeaters with a smoked lens look great compared to the standard clear items that appear white rather than chrome. Fits all L322 models from 2002 on including the new 2010. Geoff

Sold - what a way to do business 20% loss in less than two weeks Shocked

Now, I need to see about getting rid of the Supercharged side vents (with the chrome bubbling off the grill part) and the 19" wheels. Very Happy Geoff

Lolo looks great. I notice your car like mine suffers from the swirls ! I'm bringing mine to a guy in Leixlip shortly for a full correction . Attempted it myself but didnt do a great job although somewhat improved Present :2008 TDV8 HSE

Googsy, Lolo

My car was also covered in horrible swirls in the paintwork. I toyed with the idea of paying someone to do a full correction, but eventually bought a DA polisher and Meguiars polishing kit. cost about £125 IIRC and you can get a really good finish. I don't claim to be professional, but a DA will give you great results if you use it cautiously and read some of the threads on detailing world, watch some clips on youtube etc.

Its hard work, but not as difficult as you may imagine...

Simon Thumbs Up

I'll have a think about it so, but the BIG thing for me is how hard is it to prevent those swirl marks once u get it corrected? I mean I don't always wash the car myself, I go to those places where they clean the car for u by hand.. Surely any sort of rubbing or wiping will mark the paint again?
