United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Zermatt Silver

I was warned that cars can be a tricky area.

I use my FF predominantly as my getting to work car, although I use our E55 when I'm allowed the keys. Mr. Green

But I keep car purchases private and claim the mileage allowance ( at x-miles per week) accordingly.

Equally, car insurance is just SDP plus the usual getting to work caveat. And that's paid for privately as well.

I claim back the cost of car parking, though. In my case, it's £8 a day. Si. <This is my name.

I eat rat poison.

A man ain't truly been insulted until he stands buck naked in front of a woman and she didn't even notice. Or care.

My car is private, I charge back expenses (mileage and parking). Unless you have a van as a company vehicle and your business requires it, you are liable to pay company car tax so any savings in terms of VAT and business expenses is completely wiped out immediately.

Keep your vehicle private, charge back expenses at 45p per mile. Don't create a complex tax situation for yourself which won't be beneficial in the longer-term (and possibly the short-term also).
