Fan blows cold air as soon as the sun shines

Hi.

My fan blows cold air at hi speed as soon as the sun shines, even if it's cold outside.
Is there a sun sensor somewhere, I can not find one in RAVE
Could it be the famous final stage resistor.
There are no fault codes.

Sun sensor is the thing on the top of the dash right in tHe middle just next to the windscreen V8 or else ...
