Bluetooth phone and voice command

Gents

Ive posted this before and I know im not going mental ...

When I pair my phone it does not resemble whats stored on my phone its a HTC Desire /

I get numbers that ae not on my phone appearing on screen within phonebook and some are in triplicate. I have made sure the phone option only is selected on phone for numbers.

Secondly I was playing with voice commands and it seems the previous owners voice is still on it . For those of you are interested his wifes name was Geraldine accroding to the voice command.
So is there anyway to reset the phone pairing and voice back to factory as it appears to have some sort of memory storage?

I cannot find any further info in manual.

Thanks

Thumbs Up Present :2008 TDV8 HSE
