2003 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Adriatic Blue

TD6 'whistles' when backing off the accelerator

When I've been accelerating hard and then back off the throttle, after a second or so theres a 'whistle' I can hear briefly, alomst like air/pressure being dumped, is this normal?
