Then I'd say you were being robbed for a couple of hours work.

Mine cost that (£150) plus @ £100 from Indie to fit (was doing other work on the aircon anyway) .

As you say Stan - it's not a big job to fit - a couple of hours gentle spannering. Then off to local air con refill bys for a 40 quid refill and Bob's your uncle.

Yep Stan, JRW00020 equivalent part number for 2002 - 2006 L322 BMW diesel and petrol engines. Found it last night and he took an offer. Tom

So ideally it would be a c.£300 job fitted & gassed & I have been quoted £120 extra.

Seeing as I have no workshop facilities at home & 2 nippers to keep occupied along with no time, it looks like I may have to stump up the extra £££ & they are even coming out to my work so I don't have to travel either.

Once time is factored in, it's a winner in my eyes
