Would this airbag fit my 2003 vogue?

The airbag itself, yes.

The switchgear looks the same but sends completely different messages, so you'll need those from your old airbag. 
RRC 2Dr, RRC 4Dr,
P38, and 2 L322s
(wife thinks I'm nuts - prob right, too)
