Alarm going off.

What can set the alarm off on my car TD6 2003 HSE. It is parked in my drive behind a 6ft gate so no wind or motion can upset it. It first did it one night after I cleaned the car and glass cleaned the inside of the windscreen. It did it again tonight at about the same time. I have done nothing except use the car today. Battery was replaced recently.

I had a similar problem on a Volvo and it turned out to be the backup battery in the siren module. PITA getting out of bed to stop alarm sounding during night! Key fob woldn't work from bed either.....
Replaced siren module - problem solved
